ABOUT US
We are a small stud based in The Midlands. We have been breeding guinea pigs since 1998, but have owned guinea pigs since 1979. We originally bred pet guinea pigs but decided to concentrate on pedigree longhairs in 2004. After much searching we found our first sow, a peruvian, who we named P's. Her sister Lottie was the first Peruvian for Delukem Cavies (the name used by my Sister and Mum.)
We now breed and show Coronets, Merinos, Shelties and Texels.
All our guinea pigs have a large variety of greens, meadow hay and dried food daily. They also enjoy spending time in the garden eating grass and dandelions - weather permitting!
We are members of The National Cavy Club, The Sheltie Varieties Club, Birmingham Cavy Club, (we are also Newsletter and Website Editors for this club) and Warwickshire Cavy Club, Barry is now Chairman of this club and we are also Website Editors. Our stud name is registered with the British Cavy council (as shown on the certificate below).
We hope you enjoy looking at our website and would appreciate your comments either on the Guestbook or by email to - [email protected]
